Our rewards program – How it works

🛍️ 1. What is the rewards program?

When purchasing products from the selected brands listed below, you automatically earn reward points. For every euro you spend on a participating brand, you receive 1 point.

The product page shows how many points you earn when purchasing that product. In addition, you can earn extra points by:

• writing a product review
• subscribing to our newsletter

👤 2. How does it work?

To earn points, you need a personal account.

1. Create an account on our website
2. Log in before placing an order
3. Purchase products from participating brands

The points are automatically added to your account after your order has been completed.

Reward points can only be collected with an account. Unfortunately, manual or retroactive adjustments aren’t possible.

🎁 3. How do you redeem points?

You can use your saved points for a discount on your next purchase.

• You can view your points balance in your account
• At checkout, you can choose how many points you want to use
• The discount is applied directly to your order

Example:

• 100 points = €10 discount
• 500 points = €50 discount

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

⏰ Validity of points

Points remain valid for 24 months from the moment they are earned. If there are any changes to the program, you will be informed in a timely manner.
